The hotel is situated walking distance from the Spanish steps and tons of shopping. The room was fantastic. We had the junior Suite (hotel gave us an upgrade for free!). The styling of the hotel was very modern and the amenities matched! It was so spacious. The room also had a super comfortable bed. Lastly, the tv allowed for easy streaming of our series and movie favorites. The staff was super friendly and helpful. On our last day we had an early flight and they even packed us some to-go breakfasts. Speaking of breakfast, it is a must!

The Hotel Manager Andrea showed us the true Italian hospitality by checking on us everyday to ensure everything is up to our expectations. We cant forget his warm welcome & sincere fond farewell. A real example of what hotel leadership should be. We also cant forget the best guest service we received from the bellmen “Joselu” (unfortunately I cant remember his name) the gentleman from Peru, who escorted us all the way to the taxi waiting area & didn't want to leave until the taxi came. Set in a 19th-century building in Rome’s centre, Chapter Roma is a 5-minute walk from Campo de' Fiori square, and just 900 metres from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona square. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout and air-conditioned accommodation. The staff was incredible. Rooms were well done and very clean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and worth the money. Can’t wait for the Chianti location to open. And next time we go to Roma we will definitely stay here again.
