The room with a river view was great, and the bath was lovely. The staff was super helpful and had prepared English information documents and menus even though they didn’t speak English.

The lights make the room very relaxing. It was greatly appreciated to have one international receptionist speaking French. He gave us good advice. We also used the laundry facilities, very convenient and secured with a special code.

Very spacious room for Japanese standard. Comfortable beddings and there is a kid's set of tooth brush and slippers and bath sponge for my child. Convenient store is outside the hotel. Public bath is OK but if change the closed for 3 a.m. is more Ok than 1a.m. There are too few washing machines. Front employee gives me a gift set for the first time stay in.
