I booked this hotel for my aged mother and I also booked a taxi from the hotel to pick her from and to the airport. The staff Daniella went out of her way to make sure my mom's stay was worth it. Very grateful Daniella. Communication between me and the hotel was the best. They made sure everything I needed was in place before my mum arrived. Even the taxi driver, text when my mum was picked up and dropped off at the hotel. Nothing beat that. My mum is still singing about their professionalism and the hotel atmosphere. Their food was homely.

Despite the bad energy supply of the country, the hotel made sure to be on top of the situation. The air-conditioning was always avaible, light was always on, plus extra chargeable fan air-conditioning was provided. Food and customer services was available 24/7. Truly a good place to be located not far from shoprite and other local market in a very secure area.
