From the reception to housekeeping and dining staff, every employee was outstanding in their professionalism and standard of guest care. The pool is beautiful and the temperature perfect, and the pool room is kept at a nice warm temperature. The rooms are beautiful, spotless and well appointed. We asked for extra towels and were accommodated at every level. The dining room is directed by a distinguished gentleman who is impeccable; under his direction his seemingly happy staff provides a lovely dining experience at every meal. The entire resort is just lovely and we had a wonderful stay.

The spa center in the complex is fantastic for relaxing after skiing. The host was kind and communicative. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

We had an excellent week in this functional apartment, pleasant to live in and especially very well located. As soon as we walked in, we felt it was a warm and super cozy apartment. Everything was comfortable and done in a homely style. This adorable apartment is fully equipped and perfectly located (slightly remote from the center but well connected). The check-in is perfectly autonomous (key box) which allows stress-free arrival. During the day, you can leave the key there which is convenient if you are two groups. There were nice touches like soap in the kitchen and bathroom, shower gel and shampoo, period pads, cotton buds. Lovely big towels, heater and hairdryer. Apartment has everything a family would need for a comfortable stay and kitchen is well equipped for all cooking requirements. A chocolate and Nespresso capsules were a sweet personal touch! The hosts did their best to make our stay pleasant. All in all, very clean and high-quality services. We had a great time, I highly recommend it. Just a big thank you!!!
