The credit card company anti-fraud team was trying to protect me but somehow they have rejected me from booking this hotel and then the manager of this hotel has proactive to clear up all the rejected charge and to provide me the accuracy one and also help in resolving the issue in observing the last room for me even all of my charged card got bounced off. I got pretty good impression of their good job done snd ensure me to get the protection from all if aspect. It is a great hotel and I am for sure is going to stay in this hotel whenever I got the chance to fly back to Taiwan.

The staff was very friendly - especially one nice lady speaking English that I can't remember her name. Hot springs experience was cool. Dinner that we had in restaurant was amazing - the best dish that we had during our trip in Taiwan - seafood rice:) the sea view in the morning was beautiful.

The playroom is large with lots of fun activities for children of all ages. We traveled with a 8 month old, 4 year old, 9 year old, and 12 year old. The playroom had something for all of them to do. When the weather is as hot as it is, having an indoor area for children to spend time means a lot for the parents. Would book again if we visit Yehliu again.
