The hotel lobby is equipped with coffee machines, tea machines, water dispensers, and microwaves for guests to use for free. The staff service level is one of the best I have seen. I stayed with my elderly family members, and the staff are attentive to our requests. The front desk manager, Miss Lee, even helped us to get a Uber taxi, and helped my parents to bring out the luggage (as they are old). Special thanks to Miss Lee! You're the Best!

Taoyuan International Airport is a 25-minute drive from the Jungli. The hotel is a 5-miinute drive from Jungli Train Station and a 15-minute drive from Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station. Very large rooms and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic!

The property is non-smoking and is located 34 km from MRT Yongning Station. Everything in the room seemed very new. The commode has a bidet and heated seat which was a pleasant surprise. The buffet was excellent, really hit the spot! The laundry room was a plus and I was able to get a load done using the detergent available at the facility. The courtyard is small but picturesque with a koi pond. The gym isn't big but seemed clean and well maintained. The complimentary shuttle to the high speed rail was convenient and on time. Just make sure to reserve it ahead of time since ours was almost at capacity. Although I was comfortable communicating in Mandarin, staff was able to communicate with English. Everyone I interacted with (front desk, host at the restaurant, waiter, janitorial, driver) was pleasant and helpful. I felt that when they saw me struggle with something, they jumped in to offer assistance even if it was not their job.
