Five-star service. The staff, especially the receptionist Medius goes the extra mile. She went in town extra to buy a Jackfruit for me and fish for dinner. As a guest you feel very welcomed and they take care about you. And it’s all about customer service nowadays. A good location up on a hill, quiet and just 3 km in town. Very good value for money. Safe parking and security. Highly recommended.

The property was beautifully built in a fantastic location. The cottages were well designed and exceptionally clean. We had large rooms with a great sized living area and balcony over looking the lake.

New lodge so everything modern and new.. Great pool area. Rooms are large and lovely. Food was really superb and staff friendly and helpful. Location was stunning. When the bar area and spa are open as still being finished I highly recommend a stay.

Staff are lovely, very helpful arranging excursions/taxi, and opening the craft shop out of hours. The location is gorgeous. Simple accommodation but clean, comfortable and a great place to relax and see some of the beautiful area. The guard / pet is also the most chilled out dog in Uganda!

Peaceful place with beautiful garden and comfortable, modern accommodation. Good quality breakfast and sufficient choice. Friendly and helpful staff. Great that kids can experience milking and feeding at the farm. Good place for dagtrips around Fort Portal.
