DenmarkThe whole thing was so magical. So simple and slow, the family who runs it is not making anything feel too fancy or pretentious, yet it was so casually beautiful. They make everything they serve on sight, and the food was all absolutely delicious, fresh and unique. It was so nice to not have to make many decisions, they just brought out everything, a wonderful filling spread but excess. Highly recommend trying both wines, made on site, so delicious! And staying the night was a dream. The huts are very cozy, the beds firm and comfortable and clean. Waking up to the best coffees with fresh goat milk, and a wonderful simple breakfast. We cannot say enough how much we loved this experience. It was perhaps a highlight of our lives.
