This was listed as a luxury lodge and the description was very appropriate. Beautiful accommodation in a lovely setting. The area was very quiet and peaceful even with the main road very close by. Good sized bedroom for us with a large wardrobe. Very good water pressure for the shower and we were never short of hot water. Kitchen equipment included an oven, hob, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer a beautiful new ninja multi oven and washing machine. I'm happy to say we self catered and used most of these successfully. We used the lodge as a base for touring the area and visited Balmoral, Dunkeld, Blairgowrie and Pitlochry. Fabulous countryside. I can't not mention the supply of caramel wafers, my husband's favourite so would have been rude not to sample them. Thank you for that and much more. My only regret is not being able to stay longer.

We were very impressed with the property, the cleanliness, it was like a new pin, we would be very surprised if we were not the very first people to use the property from new it was that good. Did we mention we were impressed. Definitely use again.

Beautiful caravan, it was spotless, fresh and clean. Well equipped - had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Bedding and towels were so plush we even took the brand names down to buy for our own home! Lovely welcome note and pack for us to enjoy, even thought of treats for our dog which was a lovely touch. All electrical equipment great, modern tv with apps, wifi etc. Great location, we stayed here to attend a wedding at the nearby wedding venue Falside Mill which was 3/4 miles away. Paths connect the caravan park to a coastal footpath on the beach and we enjoyed a dog walk into St Andrews before checking out. Took us 20 mins. Caravan owners lovely, welcoming and contactable. We will 100% be back! 😊

Very nice accommodation everything in good as new condition. Lots of small helpful touches - basic tea and coffee, soap in bathrooms and kitchen, wipes, cleaning materials which is always helpful. Good WiFi once we worked out where it was. Small mifi box and you need to take back off to find the password. I have one at work so was familiar with it but I can foresee this stumping a few people and although I messaged the company there was no response. Beds comfortable excellent showers and very warm heating was good as still cold in April. A nice site with a good view it was very quiet when we were there. Would return and recommend. Good base to explore the area.

Amazing location with great local about 19mins walk away food fantastic too. The facility’s provided with hot tub, sauna and steam room was good. And a small gym ideal for workout.
