Fantastic property. Set menu was amazing.

The authentic regional / home food... the candle-lite dinner they arranged for us.... was a surprise.... the lush green coffee estate is soothing to the eye.... we enjoyed the homestay... the owners' family was very pleasant to interact and were very hospitable.

We had a relaxing time in the calm serenity of the coffee estate next to japavati river and the best part was there was no network coverage so away from all the gadgets just enjoying nature as it should be

There's nothing not to like in Regenta. The food was excellent, the service was on point and the location is great.

I stayed at this property inside a coffee plantation and had a wonderful experience. The location of the property is very convenient as it is very close to the national highway, making it easy to travel to nearby tourist places. Despite being near the highway, the property offers a sense of isolation and is very secured and safe. The staff at the property are extremely cooperative and accommodating. They even provided a free room upgrade on weekdays, which was a pleasant surprise. The food served at the property was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Overall, I couldn't find a property with a similar setup at such an affordable price anywhere else in India. Additionally, the property also offers water activities such as a plunge-size swimming pool, rain dance, and mud volleyball. The icing on the cake is that they are also in the process of building a huge swimming pool, which I'm sure will be an added attraction in the future. I would like to commend the staff for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made my stay memorable and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
