It was a dream to stay here during winter. Waking up to the snowy tree views and walking out to knee deep snow that had a pathway carved for us, was just so magical. We didn't mind walking to the separated bathroom as it’s all apart of the adventure! They are thoughtful in the way they think of everything for you. Such as the defrost ice spray for our car and the outdoor jackets for our bathroom trips, they’ve thought of it all.

So pleased that the tent we had was like the pictures. Beds are super comfortable and equipped with electric blankets to combat the cold which was lovely. They provide a lot of essentials free of cost (for example water bottles), and though we did have a bit of a language barrier the staff were lovely and did their best to accomodate our requests

Hotel Soyokaze is a 5-minute ride from the Hakuba Valley and 2.6 km from JR Hakuba Station. A free 2-way shuttle to Hakuba Station is provided.

We loved the Onsen it was so so nice having one to come back after our snowboarding and relax. An amazing Onsen and very clean and tidy rooms.

Set in Hakuba and within 13 km of Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area, Hakuba Ryujin Onsen RYOKAN SUI has ski-to-door access, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi.

Great location, spacious parking, amazing hot spring and sauna. Been in Japan for 8 years and the staff were the nicest I have ever met! Yakiniku restaurant which is connected to the Ryokan was also really nice!

Yuki and the rest of the team are so helpful and accommodating. They were the best to made us feel so welcomed ❤️ Though, there was abit of a hike up if you’re walking to the hotel, but the view was amazing and there were snow monkeys nearby too! Breakfast was amazing and the property were so beautiful. The hotel has really nice outdoor bath and indoor bath, as well as private bath too for additional charges. Love their idea in providing free points(exchange with some items) for not requesting to make up our rooms! Would love to be back again!
