Glamping Sites in Taouz

We were there as a family of two adults and one 6 yo and we really loved our stay in Tassili Luxury Desert Camp! It was a true glamping experience! Our tent was big with two beds and even a toilet and a shower was inside. The distance from the dunes is perfect to give a nice view and surprisingly easy walk. It took only 15 min walk in straight direction for us with a kid to reach the highest dune we saw and enjoy the the sunset there. With the camp close by and in sight we felt very safe the whole time. We were not asked any additional fees for transport from and to the parking lot nor for the wonderful and special drum play and singing under the desert sky. A cozy and special feeling was created and everything worked smoothly.

I liked the clean tent, the friendly staff, the fast wifi, and the camel ride.

WONDERFUL EXCURSION. Everything was easy - from booking to pick up on the day off - everything went very smooth! Ask for Aziz - he was extremely knowledgeable, showed us the best places and customized our itinerary based on what we wanted to do. I wouldn’t have wanted to see Merzouga and Sahara Dessert any other way!!!!

I didn’t expect to find this level of comfort in the heart of the desert. Everything is meticulously organized, the food is very delicious, and the service is excellent. The staff are very kind and always smiling. The experience of sleeping among the sands under the starry sky of Merzouga was indescribable

The tent was beautifully arranged with traditional touches and enough space to move around comfortably It had everything we needed including a private bathroom with hot water which made a big difference after a day in the sand It felt like a mix of adventure and comfort that’s hard to find in such a remote place

My desert camp experience was truly unforgettable, made even more special by the incredible quad biking and jeep tour with Mohamed. The adventure started with the thrilling quad ride across the dunes, which was an absolute highlight – the rush of speed and the stunning desert landscape made it a memorable experience. The jeep tour with Mohamed was equally amazing, as he expertly navigated the rugged terrain, giving us a deeper understanding of the desert's beauty and history. Mohamed was an excellent guide, friendly and knowledgeable, and he made sure we felt safe while also providing a fun, exciting adventure. The camp itself was cozy and comfortable, with beautiful tents and great hospitality. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere under the stars made for a perfect end to a day full of adventure. This experience truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thrilling yet serene desert getaway

From the very first moment we arrived in the desert, I felt like I was on a real adventure — but with all the comforts anyone could need. The welcome was very warm, and the staff were professional and extremely kind. Everything was well-organized from the reception to the very last moment. The tent was very clean and spacious, air-conditioned, and had everything from electricity and internet to a private bathroom. What I loved most was the peace and quiet — no noise at all, just the sounds of nature. At sunset, we sat on top of the sand dunes, and it was a magical moment that words can’t describe. The food was beyond excellent — delicious traditional Moroccan dishes. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort and adventure like this. I recommend it to anyone looking to escape the stress of life and enjoy a unique experience.
