I had an excellent experience at this property. The hotel was super clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality provided. Wonderful place in the beautiful wahiba sands. The tents have a toilet and shower and the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a long time! The staff are fantastic and they also offer dune bashing and camel riding if you like, as well as a pick up and drop off at Biddyah for OMR 10. Highly recommended.

Location is secluded, away from others, and much inside the desert. So you really get to feel living in the middle of a desert. The owner, Idris, is very humble and helpful with everything. The caretaker, Irfan, knew Hindi and possesses immense knowledge about the desert and Oman, he was a perfect guide for us. Don't miss the sunset walk with Irfan, once you reach the end on the other side and see the wadi, it's beautiful. They can also arrange for barbeque and bonfire if you like. Food is a little expensive, but then they have to go to the town to fetch most of the things, hence its justified.

It’s a small, intimate camp and very quiet in a great location away from other camps. The tents are spacious and spread out. Food is great! Best of all is the camp owner, Rashid, who looks after his guests, is very funny and also quite the nicest person I’ve met in a long time. Highly recommended and very good value!

What a lovely experience! From the first greet with Muhammad to the drive back to our car. We were treated exemplarly and the guys made us feel like home. Even though it was our first desert experience. We totally recommend them! We booked the dinner and it was a buffet which they already told us before booking it. It was plenty of food and so delicious. The bed was so comfy and everything was clean. Thank you very much for your hospitality. 🙏🏽

Hamoods place is one of the most outstanding places I've ever been to. He invites you to relax on the terasse, drink tea, and enjoy the desert. During the trips, you learn a lot about the life there. He shares his experiences, culture, and his personality with you. The sunset and sunrise are stunning, and the food is exceptional. I loved the time there, and I am so grateful for it! I had an unforgettable stay at Layali Camp! Everything was perfect — from the warm hospitality to the stunning desert views. The traditional tent was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family. The sunset view from the dunes was magical, and the camel ride was a truly unique experience. Breakfast was delicious, and having free private parking was very convenient. I highly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic desert experience. I will definitely come back again!
