United KingdomFantastic customer service. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, tidy and modern. I did a cycle event which started at 02.30 and they accommodated us for breakfast, with eggs, pastries, meats, cereals. Ski storage room, which the hotel were happy for us to use for bike storage. Great location to centre of town. Can't say enough good things!

SwitzerlandExperimental Chalet has great facilities. The concierge deserves particular praise; they were consistently friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay. There is a complementary private shuttle service which runs from the hotel to transport guests to the ski lifts when needed (thanks to the drivers Remi & Dylan :D).
The rooms were comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. There was a slightly retro feel to the decoration - I can't quite describe it. Maybe that's the eponymous 'experimental' part. Overall, the room was a very pleasant place to be
