As others have said all the staff are great and go above and beyond. Duty manager Henry is brilliant and helpful and full of great advice. Food was excellent and a nice restaurant area to eat or drink and it's not a long walk to get into the town. Rooms a nice temperature, not too hot or cold and bathrooms seem fairly new. Must return sometime with my golf clubs and have a round or two on the golf course. Only a 15 min walk into Bournemouth centre too. The golf course looked pretty impressive too. The staff were all so friendly, helpful & always smiling. Kind of a 'bauhaus' vibe to the furnishings i thought. The Lodge is a stand-alone building on a golf-course, with about 20 en-suite rooms. It's a one-minute walk to reception and the cafe/breakfast room which is in a separate building with a 19m swimming pool, large gym, etc. Surrounded by golf course and tall pine trees. Check in is at the golf clubhouse a few steps away from where you stay. The entrance to accommodation was pretty grim and the room felt more like a dorm. Spacious room, very comfy bed, clean room, tho the bath has adhesive from a safety mat which looked pretty awful.
