I have to say the staff. Especially two young ladies serving dinner and breakfast. One is still at school and one is heading to university soon. They were the most polite and thoughtful young ladies. They spoke beautifully and were watchful for anyone who was needing attention. They were not intrusive but were there when required. Thankyou for hiring excellent staff. This truely makes travel a wonderful experience. The building and furnishings were particularly beautiful and the room was very comfortable.

This hotel is great, rooms are huge We had an enjoyable break with friends, the staff were friendly and attentive. They were always on hand to answer any queries or hive assistance. There is a beautiful golf course, pool ,spa and is a great base for touring the area. Peebles is close by so if you don't want to use your car, the bud stop is a short walk from hotel.

Really nice place, reception is the pub which is well decorated. Room is basic, clean, good size with great shower . Shower had plenty of hot water and different shower heads to choose from including waterfall head. Heating worked well in room. Super friendly staff. Great place to stay on main street of innerleithan. Continental breakfast included was nice, had toast, fruit cereals and even soy milk when requested.

Quietly situated within the Scottish Borders. Free high-speed WiFi is available in all areas and there is free onsite parking. This Victorian property also boasts many original features.

PERFECT is the only term that can qualify this outstanding establishment : impoising and manor like exteriorly, but happily surrounded by beautiful ground and flowers. Warm welcome on arrival, fantastic, spacious room where no comfort or detail is missing, very good bed AND armchairs, very quiet. Spacious and pleasant bar and restaurant, and the best food we’ve had among the 10 hotels we’ve stayed at during our trip. It is truly wonderful to end our journey on such a wonderful note.
