Room had a fantastic view and of course the pool area was just fabulous. We travelled with our baby and the touches for him were so cute and appreciated - they even had a baby bath there we could use !! Everything was top notch and we only had room service dinner but it was great, however the restaurant looked incredible for dinner.

The hotel is located in a small village on a place in a nostalgic building. There is a nice courtyard and the hotel has also a resuarant, where the breakfast is served. The 3- or 4-bed room consisted of 2 separate rooms, divided through curtains. The first room was bigger than the second and we had a private bathroom, which was outside of the sleeping rooms, due to the architecture of the building. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the rich breakfast. There is a parking lot for guests (which is a little bit hidden, when you arrive from the street). This place is good for a rip with a car, visitng that region and the Maggia valley.

The place was clean and tidy. Recommended if you plan to stay with friends or family. (Can fit up to 6 people) If you are fond of cooking then this place is just perfect as you will get everything you need. You could easily reach town and Lugano lake with a car. Nearby you could find a Thai restaurant (you need to cross the road via the tunnel and turn right). There is also a kebab restaurant just a few steps away. The owner sent us details on how to do a self check in and park the car. Switzerland has a special place in my heart as I got my degrees here. I look forward to coming back again in the future. Besides that, accommodations were excellent for a small hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was friendly and caring. Location excellent, right around the corner from the lake.
