Both locations, kitchen table and dinning room table were enjoyable places to eat, because you can look out into the beautiful gardens surrounding the house. There was a well-equipped kitchen (eating out every day while traveling is tough on the wallet and the waistline); a separate living room (so you aren't always sitting on the hotel bed); a clean, spacious bathroom; and a comfortable bed. Walkable to the beach. We'd definitely stay again. I'd recommend an upper unit.

Everything was perfect, the staff were super friendly. The location was great, close to everything. The breakfast was really something.. I REALLY recommend getting the breakfast, which also was very fairly priced (imo.). Our room had a little balcony, a table and a big bed. There were also some possibilities to make your own food, and also a little fridge to store whatever you need.

We were able to do so much without a car. We rented bikes and visited the Jensen strawberry farm, Frederikshavn, took a bus to Farup Sommerland, and ate at Highway 69. The staff was so helpful! They helped my daughter and I find all the right buses so that we could get to Farup. All in all, we had a memorable week in Denmark.
