The wine and raki tasting was absolutely amazing. We made new friends and enjoyed toasts, tastes and lots of incredible food for hours together. Our host became a friend as well and went above and beyond to make sure we all enjoyed ourselves.

We booked for one night & ended up staying two more nights ....😉 Why ? Because Arjan & Anila made us feel like members of their family . The breakfast was homemade from scratch, made with so much love from Anila's golden hands ✋️ 🤌, yummy yummy in our tummy 😋 Arjan gave us Raki Respect & Rrush , everything from his pure heart ❤️ In the morning we woke up & the sun rising kissing our faces & the evening the sun setting kissing us goodbye leaving room for the night & from the roof of their home we were surrounded by the stars during the night & the moon 🌙 What an excellent experience for nature lovers. All you could hear was the sound of silence 🙌🏳

The best equipped and comfy accommodation we've experienced during our travel in Albania. Everything clean and perfect. The host was very nice and ready to help. This place is peaceful for relax, but close to Berat to enjoy sithtseeing. Local restaurant is also one of the "must visit" places. Wonderful authentic atmosphere.

Wonderful guesthouse! Elsa is a fantastic host who made us feel instantly welcome. Mornings began with coffee overlooking stunning mountains and vineyards—pure relaxation. The kitchen downstairs is available for breakfast prep, and Elsa’s fresh bread each morning was a delightful touch. You may use the washing machine if you have laundry. There’s a scenic lake within walking distance where you can swim, plus a couple of local restaurants and a nearby winery for wine tastings. The atmosphere is quiet and authentic; I recommend staying at least two nights to soak it all in. You’ll need your own car—parking is available either on the main road or up at the house, but the driveway is narrow, so a compact car and confident driving are helpful!

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Berat, Hani i Xheblatit is a guest house surrounded by views of the river. The property features a garden, bar and parking on-site among other facilities.

Super friendly staff, the place was spotless, breakfast absolutely outstanding and the view amazing. We visited i february, and even though it was cold at night, our room was warm and cozy. We cannot recomend Hani Xheblatit enough.

The hosts were absolutely beautiful. They immediately made you feel like a part of their family, so welcoming and kind. They are a wonderful family and you will feel very safe and at home with them. The mum made a delicious and very generous amount of food for breakfast. It’s incredible value for money, couldn’t be happier with the hosts and the food they provided.

It can be a bit of a sweat to get up there with your luggage since it's located high up in the old town but it's totally worth it since it's a beautiful house with fantastic views, a nice, clean room and very nice and welcoming hosts. Make sure that you visit their little museum and let Sazan share his knowledge about the albanian language and history. Very fascinating and good raki!

Beautiful and cozy, everything brand new, comfortable with excellent bed. Sparkling clean. The owner and his wife go above and beyond for their guests. Breakfast was amazing and delicious fresh squeezed orange juice from their own tree. 10/10
