This little gem is just perfect to explore the region. it's a 5 min walk to the beach front or the restaurants so you can conveniently leave your car at the hotel. The staff made us feel very welcome and provided us with some tips for the area. The room was spotless clean and was really beautiful. We had a fridge, airco, great shower and good beds. I can really recommend this location.

The appartement and the view are perfect. The location is central and peaceful. The only difficult thing is the road to access it is step make sure you have a good car and you are confortable drive ! Other than that, everything was amazing. I would definitely go back !

Property was beautiful, the view was stunning, and it was very clean and tidy. The hosts were incredibly lovely and helpful. It was very nice to get to know them and Hermes their cat. Our most enjoyable place we stayed so far on our trip!

This place was in a really good location, the family that owns it they are really friendly and caring people, the owner saw that i got burned from the sun and offered me some aloe vera that she's growing for the customers in case something like this happens which is really thoughtful. The place was clean and exactly like the pictures.

If you want to spent your holiday in a fantastic place we highly recommend Koks’ Guesthouse. It’s located very close to the beach but the area is also quiet and peaceful. There are very good restaurants around with amazing food - we didn’t rent a car so it was very important to us. Apartaments are spacious and have all you might need on vacation. There is a common kitchen outside available to use but we haven’t used it since we bought breakfast with our booking. Thank you to the host family for their hospitality and Theodora for helping with everything eversince we booked the apartaments, we were constantly in touch. The host family make delicious breakfast. We spent an amazing time there and we would happily go back.

Anna and Timios are great and warm people (not just hosts) - special thanks for your help, when I felt sick. The dinner they made to us was fresh and maybe the best meal we had during our week in Himare. Filoxenia is a great place for everyone who loves to be in harmony with nature and far away from the urban jungle in Albania. I came with an electric car and I managed to charge it, so I would say Filoxenia is EV friendly :)
