Comfortable room with a nice big terrace. But what was really great about our stay was Mary herself and also her mom. They prepared amazing breakfast for us, we had pleasant conversations and learnt a lot about Armenia. Mary welcomed us as if we were family friends and took care that we felt at home. Super host!

We had a wonderful time in Mini house, the shared room is cosy, and there is coffee/tea. We were welcomed with so much warmness and smile, we felt at home instantly. The owners also have a little supermarket just next to the hostel, which is very useful to buy some food for the day ! The room is clean and luminous, bathroom is clean, towels are given. I really recommend the place.

Great host! Edmund went out of his way to ensure we had a super stay. He gave me a personal tour of his beloved garden. We were free to gather fresh fruit from his bountiful fruit trees. The room was spacious, clean and a bit quirky, in a good way. My bed was very comfortable. It has plenty of parking. Guest House in Alaverdi would be my first choice for a place to stay if I ever happened to pass through Alaverdi again.

As a bonus for animal lovers, we also really enjoyed the company of the guesthouse's dogs. They were so sweet and friendly, adding an extra touch of warmth to our stay. This is a lovely little homely refuge in Sanahin, a stones throw away from the monastery. Gevorg and Mane are the kindest, most caring hosts. Gevorg greeted us on arrival and took the time to get to know us and make us feel welcome. We absolutely loved it here!
