The hosts are the nicest couple imaginable, so fun and friendly, I had a wonderful stay here. I was even invited on a foraging trip in the mountains, and was served the delicious foraged greens for breakfast the next day. Not to mention the incredible home made cognac! A wonderful experience. The breakfasts were really delicious with fresh ingredients. Yeghegnadzor is a great location. It’s close to the amazing Noravank Monastery and also the fascinating Areni 1 cave which is a must if you’re into ancient history. Hasmik’s husband took us to see many wonderful places. The kitchen was great, where we could do some cooking. There was also a shop with various groceries and fruit and vegetables nearby. Hospitable lady who welcomed us and accommodated us in a bigger room than the one we booked and this was a compliment from her side. The breakfast was homemade and so tasty, the room was extremely clean and the beds comfortable (the mattresses were brand new).
