Very pleasant staff, they run also small bakery and grossary under hotel. the hotel is probably new or after fresh redecorating because everything looks good.we planned only one night on our trip to Tatev and Goris but with satisfaction we chose it for additional night on the way from Goris to Sevan.

This place is simply amazing and no words to describe the beauty of the location, but also the hospitality of Marine and her family. The food was exceptional and Marine gave us a real taste of Armenian flavours. The house is spacious and comfortable with modern furnitures. It's a gem right at the beginning of a beautiful trail in the mountains. Highly recommended!

Gnishik is literally right at the end of the road, you can go no further, but the Eco Lodge certainly makes the journey worthwhile. The gent who let us in and gave us the keys was very pleasant and helpful and communication before arrival was excellent. It was made clear that the location was remote and that we would have to bring our food and drink with us. This was fine and the shared kitchen was very well equipped. We had a lovely en suite room upstairs with wonderful views from our balcony, especially of the beautiful rose garden in the back garden. We were also lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There was a problem with the WiFi in the early evening, but it was quickly resolved and worked very well for us after that; not good enough to stream, but perfectly well for browsing, emails, etc. We parked in the drive in front of the Lodge, but there are zero security concerns. If you get the chance to visit, then we strongly suggest that you do. The drive south from Lake Sevan is truly spectacular. The last few kilometres of road were pot holed and slow going, but perfectly accessible if you drive slowly. Overall, this is a wonderful place to enjoy nature and relax and we loved our visit. Very highly recommended.

My stay here was an absolute delight, from the moment I arrived until the time I left. The Hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. Throughout my stay, my Hosts went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I could possibly wish for in terms of: accommodation, nice company, hospitality/services, transport to-and from Yeghegnadzor, or information. The room was immaculately clean, with a spacious balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens – a peaceful, tranquil area. The room was clean with hot water, comfortable beds and the location very quiet. The owner gave us a portable heater to take the chill off the room. There is also a well equipped kitchen area. You can use the washing machine for 1,000amd. It is about a 10 minute walk into town where we had lunch at the fantastic Mood Cafe in the park. The owner speaks very little English but we used google translate.

Very friendly staff. The father spotted us already in town and led us to the guesthouse. I really recommend dinner on the balcony. The food is excellent and the view superb.
