The owners and the family are very friendly and will take extra step to meet the customer's expectations or needs. The room that we had was clean and renovated. The bigger room with kitchenette and balcony is great. The breakfast is simple but very satisfying. Guests can request for boiled / scrambled eggs or coffee. The restaurant also serves very good food. The location is also very good. It's great to see that the family members are working together to run the business. Will definitely come back again.

This place is so cozy and beautiful, and the family has done an amazing job with the restoration maintenance. Everything was so cozy and comfortable. It was actually quite large and had a fully stuck to kitchen too. We hope to be back and had such a wonderful time here. There are also two grocery stores close by in the neighborhood is very charming and pretty.

We booked this at the last minute and the staff got back to us very quickly via text. They said the room would be ready in 45 minutes and it was. The check-in instructions we received via text where simple to follow. We stayed in Room 7. The room was large and the bathroom was enormous. I have to say this was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever been in. There was not a speck of dust to be found. The room had twin beds, a little table with two chairs, and had windows that overlooked the town square. Street parking was free and right across from the entrance. As this is located within the center of the village, everything was within a short walk. This is NOT a 5-star hotel. However, if you are looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place to stay in Lochenhaus for an excellent price, look no further.
