It's very close to Kitzsteinhorn, buss station on the other side of the road, so it's really great location. You will find everything you need there, good ski room, bar and restaurant, I did not need to go for shopping after skiing. It's a bit far from town center, so You may need to use car to get there, but if you are for hardcore skiing - it's a good place to stay.

Located in Niedernsill, Casa Montana is only 10 to 12 km from the ski lifts in Zell am See - Schüttdorf and Kaprun. Most of the accommodations have a balcony and cable TV.

We loved staying here. Jolanda was a joy to meet! Appreciate the kindness and the cozy breakfast. Our accomodation was very clean. There were extra blankets provided too. Just a short ride from the slopes.
