Even if the story begins in 2021, Barry and Sigrid have managed to transform this guesthouse from an ordinary one into one where you can feel at home in a very short time. The guesthouse is located in a green, quiet area with easy access to the city's sights. The courtyard is superbly arranged with places where you can drink your coffee or even have breakfast. Breakfast includes many things home made by Sigrid, here I can mention the yogurt, black bread, banana bread, smoothie, apple pie, cake etc etc. In addition to all this, both in the room and in the dining area, there is coffee whenever you need it, at the same time you can find fruits taken from the locals, the apples are delicious... all this is offered for free. There is a free parking space which is a big plus, also in the vicinity you have easy access to public transport. The room I stayed in had a view of the inner courtyard with a balcony where you can enjoy a drink in peace. The room facilities are exactly what you need and I am sure that in a short time Barry will transform these rooms in the most beautiful way. Thank you Barry and Sigrid for everything you have given us and I hope to see you again ... good luck with this project.

Very comfortable hotel with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Every detail has been thought through. We have never met such a hospitable family (hotel owners) anywhere. Hotel has its personal access to the lake - it is very important for a comfortable stay on any lake in Carinthia. If you come once you will return with practically 100%.

Very helpfull staff. We got much bigger apartament, than ordered. Place was quet and clean with nice view. Because we need to start our journey, we come 40 mins to early for the breakfast, but staff was wery helpfull, and served us.

Big apartment, perfect for family. Big living room, nice kitchen with all the amenities. Few minutes from Klagenfurt, 10 minutes top to Velden. We enjoyed our stay very much. The lovely hosts are great!
