Location is stunning, in the hills with stunning views. Plenty of parking and very safe for our motorbikes. The room was very comfortable, it wasn't ensuite, and the bathroom facilities were very good. Our evening meal in the restaurant was so tasty (we selected an Austrian dish). Plus homemade Strudel! Breakfast again excellent. Hospitality from the owners was great also.

Staff were very friendly, and the lady who checked us in was amazing, very helpful, and friendly. she expalind to us everything we need with smile. the location is stunning. we were surprised about the stunning view in the morning when we woke up as we arrived at night and the place is so quiet all we could hear there was rain dropping. the room is very clean and tidy. the whole atmosphere was cosy. the hotel offered us a one day silver premium card, which gave us free access to the nearby cable cars, and discounts on other activities such as mountain bikes, etc.. and we spent all the days on the mountains, and we had the best time ever. will definitely always come back again. can't wait to come back again in winter

The Backstuba was wonderful with wonderful hosts, we took a liking to them and would definitely stay here again, if the mountain was a little more suitable for us. Otherwise I have nothing negative to say about the place other than the noisy neighbors, but you can't help that I guess.

We were very lucky, we had a room upgrade from from shared bathroom to en-suite. The hosts were very friendly, they gave us access to the Garage for the motorbike. The room was a great size and very comfortable, we immediately felt "at home". There was a balcony that we could use too. The bed was comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. We would stay again, it was so peaceful. Breakfast was good too, plenty to eat.
