Perfect value for money. Easy to reach by public transport, however, a little bit outside of the city centre. Was perfect for what we were looking for though (an accomodation close to where the Vienna Marathon starts). FYI: its not a hotel with a regular reception where you could drop off your bag at the reception. Something did not work for us with the key handover and staff was very helpful to solve the problem.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

this property is the beeeeest! the location is just in the center of attractions, you have subway, tram, and bus stations nearby and it is so clean.

Location is very good. Easy walk into center of Vienna. Very quiet building. My room faced the courtyard which has a large and beautiful chestnut tree. I enjoyed looking out the window at this tree in bloom. Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. There was a mixup with the room I had apparently paid for vs what I got. The staff kindly offered me gratis breakfast to make up for the difference. Breakfast is very good. Great coffee machine.

very clean rooms and bathrooms (there were two of them and both had hair-dryers), minimalistic and quiet place, we also liked the way check-in works: the owner sends you your codes for the room and entrance, so you can do it all on your own (introverts-friendly i would say haha). they also have a small kitchen with a fridge. overall, it was a very pleasant stay, exactly what you’d expect by the photos and a good choice if you’re traveling on a budget and/or only for a few days like us, because it may be simple and small, but it has all you need. i love how they made it affordable, yet comfortable. btw the location was convenient and safe. thank you, Hana’s Rooms for making our experience in Vienna more enjoyable. I would absolutely choose this place again, for sure
