It was a lovely stay. Our room was very comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The location is excellent, very close to public transport, which made it easy and quick to reach the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

This is an amazing place to stay in holliday. I booked here for the second time, and againg, everything was absolutely perfect. The room/apartment we staied was spacious, verry well equiped, very clean and cosy. The pension is close to metro station (about 10 minutes walking) and 4 minute to the tram station. The host is the most pleasant person I have ever meet, she gave us all the information we need, she made our accomodation beautifull. The surroundings is pleasant and peaceful. The breakfast was very tasty and various. I will come back here every time I come to or passing through Wien.

Alex was a very friendly and amicable host, he accomodated me greatly. Room was clean and had all utilities. Location of the pension was great, being close to many attractions and it also had two metro stations closeby.

The location of the boutique Columbia Hotel, was ideal for us to visit the Christmas Markets, 2 markets where less than 5 minutes away. The Room and bathroom was clean & tidy, very quiet, but due to the excellent heating in the room, due to cold conditions outside snow, we decided to open the windows, but was very noisy outside in the street, so we closed the windows, very quiet again. Breakfast was excellent, very good selection offered, eggs however you wished cooked, the ladies assisted us in whatever we required, even offered to go and buy decaffeinated tea or coffee for us. arranged our transfers between airport, hotel and return, also offered to arrange taxi's to further out Christmas market. would use again, thank you

The location of the hotel is very good, there is a supermarket downstairs, the breakfast is simple but delicious, We have a 4-person room, which is a bit small, but it’s okay to only stay for one night. You can walk to all major attractions, and there are shopping malls nearby.

Excellent location! Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable, with large bathroom. There was a fridge and a tea/coffee set in the room. Overall, the place has exceeded our expectations!

It was very clean, the room was spacious, the garden was absolutely amazing we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning. The host was super helpful and nice The location was excellent it was in a quite and peaceful area and the city center and other touristic places was only 15 mins away the public transport was only 5 mins away.
