Nice renovated guesthouse, very helpful owners, excellent breakfast with eggs directly prepared according to interest. Parking is at the guesthouse. Out of walking distance to the centre, but the bus has a stop right outside and the journey to the centre takes about 15 minutes. I recommend getting a Salzburg card directly from the guesthouse (fares and visits to most sights are included).

This guesthouse in the centre of Salzburg is set in a Baroque building next to the historic Trinity Church, a 5-minute walk from Mirabell Palace and Gardens.

The apartment was spacious. With fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine was provided with laundry detergent. Supermarket is just down the road. The walk to central station is 7 minutes away with shortcut although google map show 15 mins.

Family run hotel with a vibrant restaurant. Staff were friendly and sociable and work in unison with the owners which is always good. It has a country hotel feel about it almost like a home stay which in a city is always comforting. Helped me with some inquiries I had and couldn’t have helped any more. I like what they do here and wish them all future success.

Gasthof Steinerwirt is a historic inn directly at the Untersberg Nature Reserve, just 4 km from Bad Reichenhall and the Salzburg Open-Air Museum at Großgmain.

The room was clean, spacious and had a nice balcony and view. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of different options. There is also an on-site restaurant serving authentic homemade food. It gets 10/10 and is open from 11:30 am, so you can have lunch and dinner there. I would recommend eating there whenever you can. There are also plenty of vegetarian and vegan options at breakfast and in the restaurant.

Unconventionally traditional: Haus Wartenberg, built in 1654, is located on the Mönchsberg, which means you can walk through the tunnel to the heart of Salzburg's old town in just 15 minutes.

Everything was perfect! Good location, lovely clean room and I appreciated the washer and drier. Nice antique furniture!

The family-run Hotel Junior is located half-way between Salzburg airport and the city centre. Paid parking is available on site. WIFI is available in all rooms free of charge.

Quaint castle-style buiding just a short drive away from the center. It was clean and comfortable with all amenities needed. The reception checked us in easily and was very nice. She walked us over to our room and also explained where we could eat, as we had arrived kind of late.
