All things needed are located in one room, clean and ready, non-smoking, with a fridge and a cooker, with a balcony. The owner family is very caring and helpful. We had an issue with a car and this family did everything they could to help us, it was very nice of them. Thanks again.

Great location, fantastic hosts, and secured parking. Since we were a large group (9 people), we used two rooms and an apartment. The space is large, warm, clean, and close to the town centre. Parking is provided. The hosts greeted us, we felt very welcome, and we were able to arrange everything with them. Recommend!

The room is very cheap compared to other places in Banja Luka and is surrounded by a lot of cheap bars and fast food chains. The owner is incredibly nice and gave a lot of information (like how to find shuttle bus to the airport). The walk to the centre is about 30 minutes, it is not long, pretty flat and there are a lot of shops, bakeries and restaurants on the way. There is also a bus, but we didnt use it.
