The hotel staff is friendly and hospitable. The premises and some of the appliances might be a bit old-fashioned but in general, it is a clean hotel. I was given a room on the 11th floor which provided panoramic views of the Northsea and the beach. The location is superb.

We liked everything: the host is very friendly, the room is great with a very comfortable big bed, bathroom is big and very well furbished, everything is spotlessly clean, free coffee (we got extra) and location is perfect: quiet street not 10 minutes away from city center. Oh yes, and it has a free parking!

At night it was completely quiet, and in the morning we woke up to birdsong. I cannot put into words how much I enjoyed my stay at this super cozy studio. Pierre and his family were just incredible hosts, it was almost like I imagined it. The WiFi went out and I sent an email and I kid you not in about 10 seconds they reached out and came to sort it out right away with endless apologies. The studio was clean and well stocked: tissue,towels, bathrobes, blankets, more blankets, first aid kits and even tampons?!!!! If you ever need to be in Bruges, don't think twice,book this little slice of heaven and enjoy peace and tranquility in a home away from home. Thank you Pierre, Veerle and Ito.
