The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too! Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

Everything was perfect. We had a flight very early in the morning, and the location was perfect.. Half way to the airport, half way to Brussels to see the city. The place was clean and the bed was suuuper good!! you sleep like a baby!

Place located in the city centrum, really close to train station and 15-30 minutes by train to Bruxelles train station. Woman, who is sharing the rooms is a warmhearted and kind person. Very clean and most importantly, really cozy and calm. Highly recommended place;)
