The room was very clean, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The room is located in big old family house and is located near to the center or Narechenski Bani, about 10 minutes walk. In the house doesn't have terrace. It's perfect for short vacation.

The communication with the owner of the place is excellent. She tried very hard for us to be satisfied with the place. Her lovely dad helped us find a local supermarket and showed us the parking location. From the outside, the building is very modest, but the apartment is very spacious, well-kept and invested, it contains several rooms and can accommodate several guests. The apartment has a kitchen and a large dining area. Close to the apartment is a recommended restaurant where you can ask them to bake a trout fish on the grill wrapped in aluminum foil.

Beautiful house and grounds. Lovely small swimming pool. Younger staff are helpful and speak reasonable English. The rooms were clean and functional, but see comments about the bed.

Great location - few minutes walk from town centre/main restaurants/shops etc. Its only a 10-15 minute drive to Pamporovo from Chepelare). Great host - Chris is amazing, really friendly, always happy to help, took me to Pamporovo ski resort every day first thing in the morning (he works there as a ski instructor - so you’re the first on the slopes. And as I was travelling alone, he kindly introduced me to other traveller friends to have good company. He made sure I had the best first time ski experience, I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. Cosy room - really comfortable, had everything I needed, he provided me with a hairdryer when needed - and I loved the view across the town from the fourth floor, especially for sunset and sunrise. All of this for a great price! Really loved being up in the mountains in this peaceful friendly town. Definitely plan to stay again!

Newly build and very clean place, designed to have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was a bit small, but still comfortable. The bed, the pillows and duvet were soft and gentle for the skin and ensured a good sleep The lady that accommodated us was very kind. She was waiting for our arrival no matter that we were late.
