The hosts were brilliant and welcoming. We enjoyed learning about Bulgaria and specifically Kalofer's history. The room had everything we needed for our hiking holiday, even got the chance to taste some home made alcohol! :D The hotel is simplistic and beautiful! Just what we were looking for.

The guest was really good. The room we had was a triple bedroom and deluxe triple bedroom. Both were spacious enough...one had 3 separate beds which was enough for 3 people and the other had one king size bed and a double bed,both adequate enough for four people in one room. Both had a mini fridge... Really good bathroom...Like really really good bathroom... Mini fridge. For the price it was really worth it.

    This was our second stay at Chardaka Guest House and again we enjoyed the warm welcome of it’s hosting. With much care for every detail we felt comfortable and the delicious breakfast we ordered additional can only be recommended. Location is near to the main plaza in Kalofer.

    This guest house was beyond our expectations. it was very clean, traditional settings, super comfortable, quiet location yet very central. it had all facilities for cooking, staying out of the room on a beautiful veranda and also a dining room. a gem that we recommend strongly. The host was generous offering coffee and tea and very welcoming.

    The host is very nice, we booked late and arrived also late, but there were no problems the host helped us with accommodation nicely. To the city center there is 10-15 min easy walk. The house is very unique and interesting with lots of small and big decorations and details, it shows that the host cares about this house, you feel very cosy here. We were staying in the upper floor the room was spacious with lots of useful things for guest (like slippers, kettle, tea, coffee machine, various crockery)
