Received a free upgrade to a room with an evening view of the sunset on the mountains. The room was huge! Bed was comfy and held multiple pillows. Robert was very conscientious and remembered our breakfast order every day. Easy transport into Luzern. Would highly recommend staying here.

Scandinavian style of relative minimalism with lots of elegance and thought put in it. Very clean and neat, wonderfully equipped common kitchen available to guests. Very nice chill area with books. Seem it's also kids-friendly. And again, very clean! This place was a little jem we didn't expect to discover and would love to go back. The only minus is the bunk beds, or it's actually a plus, depending on personal preference.

The location to the shops, restaurants and lake was great, and short walk. The train station is across the road. my room was amazing, cosy, good views and everything I needed. Fantastic room and breakfast all for a great price. I arrived very early as my flight came in at 8am, and they said they would look after luggage until the room was ready… but then hurried around and gave me the keys. Great service. Breakfast buffet style was great. Croissant, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit, juice, tea coffee and even a sift boiled egg. The location is a short walk to some shops, restaurants and the lake.
