From the warm welcome when we arrived until the minute we left, our stay here was wonderful. Andrea and Esteban are amazing hosts and everything here is imbued with so much love and care. Breakfast was really nice as well. There is a beautiful garden by the water where you can enjoy the sunset. We wished we could have stayed longer!

So welcoming and friendly. It was like staying with family! The hosts we do so lovely and went out their way for us - staying up late to let us in/ offering us their birthday cake etc. Good location - very close to the boat port and restaurants! Have secure private parking too.

I love the people here, from the staff/volunteers to the guests. I love the cleanliness I love the bed, oh that's the comfiest hostel bunk bed I have ever slept and I am now not being extra LMAO I love the bathroom, it's so SPACIOUS I love the environment even they have a park in the back! This is a special message for the volunteers, there are two: that one Argentine man (I am really bad at remembering name) and a spanish girl named Alba, you guys are very kind... the Argentine is very bubbly and he let me stay for some hours extension for free only for waiting for my bus. And Alba, she is a sweet Catalunya girl. We had a lot of things to chit-chat and she loves to paint. If you stay here and see the paintings of two mountains in a section behind the reservation, that's what she did. To these two people, if you read this, I wanna say, it would be a pleasure to meet you and thank you for giving me a memorable ending for my Chile trip even tho it's only one-night moment. Basic but comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful owners and one of the more affordable stays in Puerto Varas. Not very central but you can still walk to the centre. Was able to use the kitchen and the breakfast was left out extra time, very nice.
