Owners of the hostel were so friendly, kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and treated us like family. We arranged an airport transfer with them which was smooth and well priced. The kitchen looked good but we didn't nees to use it. Bathrooms were clean as well. Great stay!

I felt happy because Gladys spoke very good English. The location is very near to the bus terminal and central downtown. The room was very clean and comfortable. I recommend Glady's House when you visit Puerto Montt, south of Chile. I stayed for three days.

    Great hostel in Puerto Montt! The hosts were very kind and made sure to take the time to show the whole accommodation. Additionally, they were very helpful with arranging excursions. The hostel is about 20 minutes away from the city center of Puerto Montt, which is walkable. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, which I liked. And the room itself was also excellent!
