Fernanda at the reception desk was amazing upon check in. There had been a problem with the booking but she did everything she could to help me and was great. Lovely woman 😊 The hostel itself is amazing too, it’s looks great is a great place to stay if you are coming to San Pedro. Location is excellent and is very central. Beds are really comfy and the cafe connected to the hostel has great coffee and food. 100% recommend to anybody who wants to have a great stay in San Pedro.

The staff are SO sweet and genuinely care about you. Maribel does everything she can to make you feel welcome. She goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met! I have never stayed at a place where the staff has been so welcoming and kind! The location is quiet, but very close to the busy area as well. I highly recommend this hostal :)

One of our favourite hostels we've stayed in so far! Fantastic value for money. The staff were always kind, friendly and helpful! free water and brilliant well equipped kitchen. Our room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was lovely. Totally recommend staying here!
