Rebecca’s hotel was just the perfect choice for us! The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the park entrance and in a very cozy and lively neighborhood. Rebecca, the owner, is the loveliest person, always willing to help with a smile. She even offered to arrange our visit to the park (including the taxi) for multiple days, making our stay much easier. Furthermore, the meals provided by the hotel were always home-made and delicious! The facility is always pristine, with an eye for detail, and the beds are EXTREMELY comfy :)

Lovely stay here in this beautiful property. Rooms were comfortable, clean, cool and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped plan our itinerary every day for trips to Zhangjiajie National Park.

We really like the hotel and its position near the national park. The family the runs it is very kind and helped a lot during our stay, booking all the tickets to the park. Big thank you to Rebecca and her family ❤️

It was so lovely and cozy place to stay!! The host is awesome and he helped us plan to visit the national park and explained everything to the detail. Also the best thing about it is that it is right next to the entrance to national park, only 5 minutes walk!! We manage to go very early and we have been first up by cable car and had time enjoy it all before all the crowds came in!! The host also helped us with early taxi booking to go to train station. Also good for dog lovers as they have one lovely dog downstairs 👍

Amazing place and Tim Nice location close national park ten mins on foot Tim,the owner is fluent in English,helped me make tour route and drive us to the entrance,book tickets,very very helpful Hotel was cozy,with spacious room and gorgeous mountain view,big swimming pool you enjoy one whole day Breakfast served was rich ,especially suitable for foreigners,nice coffee toast and fruit and omelets. You will not regret choice them,there are lots of hotel in this area,but this one is the best for foreigners.

The room was large, clean and had everything we could need. Everyone who worked there was so helpful from picking us up and taking us to the train station to helping us plan an itinerary and booking our tickets saving us money on expensive tours through 3rd party agencies and being available for us to ask any questions throughout our stay. Good selection for breakfast also. I couldn’t recommend staying here more, we would love to come back !

The hotel is located in the city center. It has convenient access to all attractions. We also had a very good contact with the staff which was very helpful and helped us with tickets to the park. Extra cafe downstairs at the reception is great :)

Very tidy and clean room, the accommodation is situated in the heart of Zhangjiaje, on the touristic street which is full of great restaurants. The owner is very kind as I forgot my charger in the room and he's shipping it back to me. Highly recommended if you are in Zhangjiajie

First of all, the location: the house is situated just inside the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park, by the West Gate. If you plan to really see the Park, this is the best place to stay for sure since it does take a good hour from Zhangjiajie City to reach. Instead of getting up super early every day, we could easily just walk outside the house and wave for the bus to stop and let us on, then we’d drive maybe 5 minutes (if at all) and arrive at the cable car station. The facilities are amazing, too. The room was beautiful and nicely renovated and it even had one of those neat automatic toilets. The house had multiple seating areas outside, like a terrace and a pool (which was closed since it was the low season), but our absolute favorite was the patio by the river. It’s so peaceful and idyllic and really lets you appreciate the natural scenery. Secondly: the food! Delicious breakfast and dinner! Most importantly: our hosts! These people are the warmest, kindest, most gracious hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Especially Nihong. Our time in Zhangjiajie would not have been the same without her. She was our tour guide for the first two full days, showing us so much of the park we would have never seen otherwise. She took time out of her day for us for three straight days just to make sure we had the best possible experience. We learned so much about Tujia culture as well, which was so interesting. Her English is so good and she was always interested in learning more, and in turn she helped us learn a few Chinese words and phrases. And her husband drove us to the Railway Station when we had a very early train to catch, which was such a big help. We could not have been more lucky with these kind people! All in all, if you’re thinking of staying here, please do! You won’t regret it. We certainly hope we can return one day! Xiexie! Wo ai ni Zhangjiajie!

The room has a high cost performance ratio, with good decoration and affordable prices. The room is very clean. The homestay has a good geographical location, close to Tianmen Mountain and the bus station. It takes only 12 minutes to walk and the transportation is very convenient. The owner is very friendly and willing to provide various assistance.
