The place is beautiful and quiet (except for the birds, so lovely), but right in the heart of San Antonio. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The garden is gorgeous and my room facilities were exactly as expected. The kitchen is spacious and there's a lot of space to keep your items.

The hospitality of staff is the best I've had , that is base on my traveling experience in over 50 countries, Patricia and Muaricio extremely attentive making sure everything is 100% to my satisfaction and Maria, Staff member always willing to please making me feel like a king. Perfectly located withing few blocks of everything in a extremely save area. Rooms are very comfortable and clean and extremely quiet. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends, family and people I know. AAAA+++ In accommodation, cleanliness, hospitality and affordability. The only place I'll stay when I get another chance to visit to Cali Colombia.
