The staff was very kind and friendly, we were a bit earlier than expected and while the room was still being finished we were invited to have a coffee at the restaurant. The room was very clean and cozy. It's quite old-fashioned. But if you ask me that's really the charm of it all. The optional breakfast is also pretty nice with a lot of food options for how relatively small the restaurant is. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean and comfortable apartment, good location for visiting Europa Park, Freiburg or Strasbourg. Check-in and check-out were smooth and uncomplicated (we appreciated the check-in with the key box, given our late arrival, detailed information). Would definitely return and recommend.

It was really close to the Europa park, there was an assigned parking space for you once you have checked in if you have a 2 day ticket for the park but have to check out on the second day and you arrived with the car, then the property will give you a paid for parking ticket for the general parking space for free. Also my friend and I went to the breakfast 15 minutes before breakfast closed and they still let us in and have breakfast. We also stayed a bit late at the breakfast table even after breakfast time closed, but the woman working at the property told us that even though they were closing soon we could take some food if we wanted to.

Hotel am Park in Rust left us with exceptionally positive impressions🥰! The room featuring an aquarium under the glass floor was a true highlight of our stay. The room's design is well thought out, and watching the fish swim was truly captivating. The room is very spacious and comfortably accommodated four people with a bunk bed and a double bed. Breakfast was a buffet, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located right across the road from Europa-Park, making it an ideal choice for visitors. The entire stay was cozy and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation and a unique experience!

The check in was smooth and staff were helpful and kind. The room was cute, cozy and clean and you can't top the location! I was a 5 minute walk from the front gate of Europa Park! There's lots of character to the place, little areas to sit, etc. My room even had its own terrace! Being able to leave my baggage during my day at Europa Park was helpful. The breakfast was nice (the warm croissants were my fave!) and it was a proper dining area. I had a great stay and plan to return here the next time I'm able to visit the area.
