Beautiful clean hotel others have said it is dated but I like that it’s traditional and not like all the other hotels that have gone for the impersonal look. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and decorated in keeping with the style. Breakfast was super and staff very friendly and helpful.

This cosy modern hotel is situated in a village (which won the award of the most beautiful village). It is a nice quiet place suitable for long walks/bike rides (pavements). The hostess is a very friendly lady. There is a small shop (boulangerie mainly) opposite the hotel. The hotel has many parking spaces in front of the building. The room was spacious, very clean, with a kitchenette and a really big bathroom. The restaurant Landgasthaus Lohre is just a 5 minute stroll (they serve the most amazing Balkanschnitzel - order one!) but it is always crowded, therefore, an advance reservation is recommended.

This 3-star hotel enjoys a scenic location in the spa park of Bad Sassenhof. Regional Westphalian dishes are served in Hotel Hueck’s traditional restaurant or in the quiet beer garden.
