Great value, great location, quite a comfortable room especially for the price. Right by the train station so couldn't be easier to get to, but still also easy to walk to all the tourist areas. I stayed for a work event and appreciated that it was quite quiet, cozy, and large enough to be comfortable for over a week. It was also really clean (including the shared toilet/shower) and felt very safe. Everyone working there was friendly and I appreciate their working with me and being understanding when I caused some chaos with my booking.

I don't know why it has such a low score. I think it has everything it promises. When I arrived, the cleaning staff welcomed me kindly and allowed me to change. - We booked a few hours before arriving and the lady's attention was incredible. - I was sleeping in the lobby while waiting for the room and even the lady offered me a blanket. A very nice gesture on her part. - She was always aware that everything was fine with the room. He also recommended places to visit. - She offered us coffee and cookies every day. - She made the effort to communicate with me in Italian. - My family was late and it was time to deliver the room. She kindly let us know the time. We decided to stay an extra day in Munich and we gladly add an extra night in this cozy hotel. - I highly recommend staying here. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was amazing. The location made it easy to get to from the airport and the local park and other cafes provided a great place to relax. It's a short walk to many amazing places such as the art gallery and museum and the university.
