Svostrup Kro is 250 years old, and in the middle of no where. That's why I go. It is clean and the staff is incredible, but if you want night life, the ability to "pop" over to the store, don't go. Leave your room for us. Additionally, it is well worth the extra $$$ to reserve the more expensive rooms. God rejse!

The room is very nicely set up, new, modern and cozy. It had everything we needed for a night. It's a remote area, so at night we could see the stars and the milky way. As it was mating season (september) we could also hear the red deer in the forest screaming. The rooms are next to the stables, when we were leaving we went to say goodbye and the owner was putting shoes on a lovely black horse. Nice experience!
