The Owners / staff are exceptional. We were welcomed and helped with the luggage. I thought we booked a different room than was offered and they quickly changed it to another, They were accomodating to us in other ways too. They made sure we knew they were available, should we need anything. They stored our luggage beyond check out which was very helpful. Rating 10 despite what we didnt like, because the warmth of the host made up for other things. No traffic or other noise. Peaceful.

What a beautiful place! Right in the center of Cuenca, yet very tranquil. The hosts are very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room, bed and bathroom were all very comfortable and clean.
