Well to start with Mr Ahmed , brother Raj here what a personality perfect guy to take care of you , joke around always help and make you feel at home . The hug he gave me while I was leaving for the airport really warm and yes brother i got the flight so did my wife . Till the last minute he made sure we dont miss the flight ordered unlimited coffee , food to heat , everything was just perfect . I am a solo traveller, I was in Giza alone, and I spent five nights in this extraordinary hotel. Perfect cleanliness, perfect comfort, beautiful views and most importantly, the staff is very warm and attentive.As a single girl, I felt like a member of the family. Punctuality is definitely worth noting, in which they are also perfect. Each employee always has a smiling face and a friendly atmosphere. I was very sad when I left.
