The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, all freshly prepared. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. Location was good for the GEM. Quiet neighbourhood. Everything was perfect.

It definitely has an outstanding view of the Pyramids, if you don't get the room view, then don't worry, the hotel restaurant has you covered! The staff was extremely helpful, and provided water on demand, perfect for the thirsty traveller. Super close to the Giza Pyramids, so it's perfect for a visit, even better when the new museum is open, right across the street (even though you need a detour to find the way, streets in this area are huge) Comfortable beds, nice and working A/C, clean facilities, and access to the restaurant.

The manager and her husband were excellent and made you feel right at home. The upstairs terrace area was very relaxing with awesome views of the Pyramids. It was mesmerising watching them change colour throughout the day.

Good location. Everyone is friendly. Sarah I think is the main person there- you can ask anything she will help. Booking of the tours ahead looks like a good idea- try red sea tours to run away from the city. Also we asked for the sun set tour on the quadbikes in the desert.. I think everyone should go through it, but just dont take children with you- it might be too much of experience there.. Hotel is further from noisy street so it helps to sleep better. View from window and the room in general was exactly the same as in a photo. Value for money is excellent. Clean, quiet.. newly decorated (it looks like it). Just you need to understand that this is Giza. It is not Switzerland.. ok? :) Enjoy.
