Very happy with the Wifi! As I was working remotely for 2 days, I was afraid internet would not be good enough. Internet was very fast, rooter was near my bed !!! About 2-3 times per day, my laptop would just lose internet connection. But after max 1 Minute, internet connection was restored. Very clean place ! I had shared toilets and they were always very very clean ! Shared kitchen where one can prepare food or tea. Room was not very big, but big enough to allow me to do yoga.

Absolutely everything.. For a start after reading the silly reviews my friend was very worried about staying here.. I am very very happy we did stay ,the room is spotless clean,,and is very well presented..the shower was so powerful,, bathroom was lovely... I would definitely stay here for a week ...you got using the balcony and also the kitchen, which we did use ... the noise was normal,and yes did use the ear plugs,,but only used them because we had to have the fan on all night... weather has been very hot .. and just needed the fan on ..we got great sleep..

What a gem!!! Honestly. The best place to stay on the island. Obviously it's a shared accommodation, you share kitchen, garden, yoga roof and pool. But you don't feel like in a hostel. First, you can book your own private room. Second... you're part of a family. Kai&Lisa make you feel right at home. The shared evening dinner was one of the daily highlights. Only negative side: you don't want to leave. Honestly Casa La Costa, makes you want to stay on this island permanently. No joke! Thanks so much guys :)

It was a great base to explore Lanzarote by car, with easy parking nearby the house. Luca is a an attentive and helpful host. The rooms and common spaces were clean and well equipped. There was good internet connection for remote work and a beautiful view from the terrace. I would be happy to return in the future!

You simply can’t find a better value on Lanzarote! Hostal Magec is less than a 5-minute walk to a nice beach and offers spotlessly clean rooms and a shared kitchenette. Roof terrace with unobstructed sea views is a highlight. The owners are working hard to make everyone feel welcome and take pride in keeping the entire hostal clean at all times.
