Great location — still quite central but away from the busy tourist areas. Near metro stations but also walking distance to some of the popular areas, and could easily stop for a meal at one of the cafes/ restaurants nearby. Place was perfect for my basic needs. Antonio at the reception was wonderful and accommodating.

You are met straight away by staff member at the check in desk. He was friendly, informative and couldn't have been nicer. The place itself is just as described, clean, comfortable and with lovely views from the balcony. It was also in a fantastic location and I would be happy to recommend it to anyone coming to the city. The added bonus of orange juice, coffee and muffins in the morning was lovely. We had a great stay.

Casa Filomena is just perfect, beautiful, charm, extreme clean , the host is one of the best I ever met , friendly, helpful , she has a great place. The neighbor is very cozy, and is 25 min aprox from plaza cataluyna , and two blocks from the property is the train. Highly , highly recommend it!

Super friendly and helpful staff!! Very attentive and went above and beyond with service. Cafe downstairs is convenient with nice offerings. Neighborhood is wonderful with nice grocery store (Whole Foods vibes) just across the street, another cafe on the corner, brunch spots nearby and restaurants all around in a quieter setting than downtown. Easy and pretty 25-30 minute walk to the Gothic Quarter.
